I am passionate about driving technology innovation through cross functional collaboration. With a background in leadership roles connected to both project and product management, I aim to empower development teams with exiting and innovative challenges while ensuring we deliver valuable solutions to stakeholders and customers. Currently, as a Product Manager at Volvo Cars, I’m leading a team of Product Owners responsible for the advanced computing system software in vehicle core computers. My role further extends to strategic planning, budget oversight, and ensuring our projects meet regulatory, functional, and non-functional requirements. I've had the pleasure of leading and collaborating cross functional with fantastic teams to develop advanced central computing systems, a platform enabler to create safer and smarter vehicle solutions. My approach is structured and proactive, with the target to ensure that timelines and budgets are met. Prior to this, I directed electric propulsion/electrical mobility initiatives at Volvo, leading multiple agile teams, and focusing on sourcing and sourcing strategies, technical strategies, agile processes, cross-brand strategies, and CI/CD improvements. I contributed to strategic goals, cross-brand collaboration and significant cost optimizations, enhancing Volvo's competitive edge.
