About Simon Pole

Simon has been appointed to take on a new role as the Group Chief Product Officer and rejoins the Global Leadership Team in a critical role representing products and services under the Unispace Group. Besides working with clients, he leads the brand & marketing team globally and works with the client solutions, workplace strategy, design and delivery teams around the world to continuously refine the Unispace products and services. He previously led the experience & digital consultancy, Downstream across the APAC region, working with clients to create experiences never seen before. Prior to this role he was Unispace’s Global Design Director and also lead the Innovation team – a focus area that further enables Unispace to revolutionize the creation of workplace. He drives the ideation of new solutions to our clients’ wide-ranging challenges as well as exciting and radical changes to our own approaches and technologies. Simon works across future-shaping digital transformation, service innovation, R&D, big data, Unispace’s own tech products, and much more. A globally recognised thought leader, he participates in several think tanks as a SME and has been invited to be a contributor on the Forbes Technology Council.
