Formerly the of Head of Victim Services and Commissioning for Bedfordshire’s Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. I hadthe strategic lead for victim care, commissioning, procurement, fund raising and Restorative JusticeWithin my portfolio, I manage twenty-five Team Members over four departments, in addition to project managing several ongoing projects.I have enhanced the service provided to victims of crime in Bedfordshire by introduction new processes, ISA’s and strategies which are aligned to the scope and KPI’s set out in the Police and Crime Plan. My team has successfully won over 10 million pounds of additional revenue through various funding streams.My management style is versatile; I can adapt to any set of circumstances that are placed before me. My twenty years’ experience in the public sector has taught me that people need an adaptive manager who is approachable and can identify any needs and be able to rectify them whilst being able to motivate.I am a qualified Project Manager who is a confident communicator and public speaker; able to build relationships up to and including senior members of an organisation and stakeholders.
