I specialise in transforming complex operations into streamlined, high-performing systems. As Head of Strategy & Operations at FlexiDev, I oversee project delivery, team performance, and operational planning for cross-border software teams. I work closely with our leadership, developers, and clients to ensure consistent outcomes, transparent communication, and scalable solutions. My roots are in hands-on tech—starting out as a Software Developer, DBA, and Project Manager—before stepping into executive roles. This gives me a practical, end-to-end view of software development, backed by formal capability in PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM, vendor management, and full lifecycle implementations.
