I’m a Consulting Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg with over 30 years of professional experience in fund operations and in advising leading asset managers, management companies, and financial institutions across Luxembourg and Europe. Among others, I had the opportunity to help investment management and asset servicing firms grow, transform, and stay competitive in an increasingly regulated, digitized, and cross-border market. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to engage and work with international market leaders and with regional/local champions on transformational topics ranging from fund distribution strategy and operating model design to digital transformation, regulatory strategy, and industry expertise driven programme management. My area of interest spans UCITS, AIFs, private market funds, and the broader financial ecosystem—including FinTechs, service providers, and investors. What drives me: enabling growth and improve efficiency. Whether it’s helping a firm scale its AUM across multiple jurisdictions, designing a commercial strategy for a new product launch, or preparing an organization to lead through innovation, I aim to turn complexity into clarity—and strategy into execution. I’ve worked with high-performing consulting teams, helped clients grow their portfolios, and contributed to long-term value creation with all types of asset management and asset servicing firms (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3). I also actively contribute to thought leadership around fund distribution strategy, fund operations excellence, digital servicing innovation, and regulatory strategy, particularly within Luxembourg’s and Europe's evolving financial landscape.
