Operations leader with close to a decade in ground station operations in New Zealand, the most recent five years in management, and over 10 years of prior experience in 24/7 global network operations in London. I’ve built my career on ensuring service availability in mission-critical environments, applying ITIL standards to deliver service excellence and operational resilience. My role spans international team leadership, contractor oversight, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, regulatory, and business stakeholders. As a statutory Director, I also bring governance awareness alongside operational leadership. Experienced in guiding teams through high-pressure situations and major incidents, I’m passionate about creating an environment where people can perform at their best while maintaining secure, reliable operations. Currently completing an MBA to further strengthen my strategic leadership and global outlook.
