About Simon Reid

A senior leader with experience of leading large teams of up to 350 colleagues across multiple sites in the UK. Used to working with budgets of over 10 million and completing 30k simple and complex transactions per week. I am a highly motivated and performance focused individual with a track record of delivering outstanding colleague and customer engagement scores. A consistent focus for me has been to foster a culture of excellence and high performance. I have achieved this through strong collaboration with product teams and stakeholders, driving change, and transforming both customer and colleague experiences. It's a point of pride that my teams consistently excel in these two measures. With an ability to demonstrate differing leadership styles, I am able to motivate teams to maximise their own potential, realising performance gains year on year and creating a culture where colleagues can thrive. I have significant experience embedding and leading strategic change and I am very comfortable in working with different stakeholders across the business, from front line colleagues to executive committee members to achieve those goals. My whole career has had very clear commercial goals at its centre and by demonstrating the right behaviours and with strong leadership, I have a strong reputation for continually looking to exceed those goals and achieve year on year growth.
