About Simon Reyher

As a Director of Finance and Administration, I shape the future of TEG | The Entrepreneurial Group e.V. In addition to my role as a Director, I have co-initiated the Founder's Associate Program of TEG where active members of our community gain first-hand startup experiences. Working together with like-minded people towards one goal and creating lasting impact truly means a lot to me. In 2024 I've been for five months founder's associate at CareMates, a health-tech startup. This made me realize two things: First, you can accomplish so much more as a team than if everyone works on their own, and second, you have to have the courage to start developing a product and talking to potential customers even if you don't yet know if the product will work. One challenge that truly excites me is analyzing complex data. As an economics student, I believe that data analysis has immense potential to drive better decision-making, from crafting effective government policies to optimizing personal finance strategies. The ability to transform raw data into actionable insights, to reveal patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed, is what makes data science so exciting to me.
