About Simon Roderick

I studied Law at the University of London and started my career in financial services recruitment in I loved working in the City and industry so much that I’m still here today. In 2010, I founded Fram Search, originally specialising in wealth and asset management recruitment. Over time, as our clients’ needs evolved, so did we—expanding into wider areas of financial services recruitment while maintaining our deep expertise in investment management. What I Do Today: While our firm covers multiple areas of financial services, I personally specialise in placing investment professionals in VC, as well as finance, operations, compliance, and board professionals across FS. My expertise spans hiring for investment roles, corporate functions, and capital raising & marketing. Our Expansion: In 2022, we launched Fram Professionals, a division focused on partnering with high-growth privately owned, venture-backed, or AIM-listed firms in the London-Oxbridge “golden triangle.” Both Fram Search and Fram Professionals specialise in permanent mid-to-senior hires, working with firms from boutiques to PLCs.
