About Simon Ross

I am a Chartered Accountant and former Chartered Tax Advisor with 20 years experience, the past ten years of which has been in a Group Financial Controller / Compliance Officer position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Director. My current experience is part of the Senior Leadership Team comprising the Chief Executive Officer and Academic Director and involves oversight of all finance functions; preparation and lodgement of quarterly reports and forecasts to Government Departments and ad-hoc Company Secretarial duties. I am responsible for preparation and review of all tax lodgements. My previous experience has been within public accounting practice advising clients on all direct and indirect tax compliance matters including corporate tax, international tax, structuring, capital gains tax and fringe benefits tax. Previously a Director in a Subiaco based accounting firm, my roles have included significant amount of team leadership, management and development. I have also founded my own tax practice Monday Enterprises Pty Ltd which offered a range of accounting, tax compliance and advisory services from 2014 to 2019.
