In-depth background in business management includes: Strategic Corporate Planning, Operations, Financial, Human Resources, Change Management and Mergers and Acquisitions. Able to formulate and articulate a corporate vision and build a cohesive team to achieve pre-established goals and objectives, in a timely and efficient manner. A results-oriented and passionate entrepreneur who is fiscally responsible and has a focus on continuous improvement through innovative and leading edge change. A Schulich business school graduate from York University with an accounting and finance major, and with exposure to economics, marketing and organizational behaviour studies. A three year tenure within the banking industry, after graduating from York University, has allowed me to bring a diverse experience to the financial management of the two organizations I have been instrumental in building.
