2018/19 studied the Foundation year in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy in London. 2019 I followed a strong intuitive call to relocate to Findhorn in Scotland to work as Head of Finance for the Findhorn Foundation. 2022 returned to the Psychosynthesis Trust in London to study a post-grad qualification in Psychosynthesis Counselling whilst working part time for the Findhorn Foundation as Legacy Programme Manager. 2024 Qualified as a BACP registered Counsellor, working online and Face to Face from my home in Findhorn and Inverness Prior to this: “Big 4" trained, with 25 years experience at Board level in SME's (print, medical recruitment, property investment/ construction, and law) with responsibility for Finance, Administration, Company Secretarial, IT and HR. Collegiate, approachable and open-door management style, although never shy away from making difficult decisions. Specialties: Finance and administration, Property VAT, Interaction of taxes relating to property transactions, SRA accounts rules; People management and leadership, Strategic planning. Qualified in 2012 as a commercial mediator with UK Mediation In a voluntary capacity I have worked as treasurer or book-keeper for a number of charities. Trained as a Samaritan Listener and volunteered as a Samaritan in London and Elgin, Scotland. Worked as a volunteer counsellor at Crossreach in Buckie and Quarriers in Elgin. Appeared in the 2015 Financial Times top 100 most influential LGBT business leaders. I have two fantastic adult children.
