I lead the Government Advisory & Solutions of JLL, India. An Civil Engineer and Urban Planner with over 20+years of experience in Infrastructure and Real Estate Industry. I was involved in multidisciplinary consulting assignments across India in the fields of urban planning, infrastructure, housing, municipal finance, real estate & property development, feasibility studies, valuation reports, government and private advisory services, bid-process management, etc. I was also leading major Government assignments such as Smart Cities, Multi-facility transit hub, Transportation, Metro Rail, Affordable Housing Municipal Finance, Advertisement Tax Study, Parking Management, Cycle Sharing Study, and other infrastructure initiatives. Apart from advisory, was also involved in Transaction Advisory Projects across India and is responsible for business development activities in the region, and ensuring client relationship management by providing detailed insights to various clients to enhance their knowledge and awareness about advisory.
