With a strong foundation in both commercial operations and IT, I specialize in bridging the gap between business needs and digital solutions. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a functional link between business and IT at Royal Unibrew, translating complex business processes into actionable IT deliverables while optimizing workflows to align with our system landscape. In my current role as Sales Process Consultant, I’ve played a key role in the Norwegian integration program with Hansa Borg/Solera, driving projects that span ERP integration (SAP), contract management tools, and commercial process design. My focus is always on creating scalable, efficient, and user-oriented solutions—working closely with stakeholders across markets. I hold certifications in SCRUM Product Ownership (sPOC) and Change Management Foundation, which support my structured, agile approach to transformation and stakeholder alignment. Earlier in my career, I built a strong commercial backbone through 10 years in retail and as a District Manager at Royal Unibrew. This has given me a deep understanding of the customer journey, market dynamics, and what it takes to deliver operational excellence—whether in front-end sales or backend systems.
