About Simon Tipene Adlam

Over the past 20 years, I have been at the forefront of museum transformations for some of the world’s most influential cultural organizations and their dynamic leaders. The execution of high-value projects and ground-breaking initiatives has secured the legacy of these organizations for future generations. My leadership style is inclusive, consensus-building, and accountable. Always forward-looking, I am strategic in enhancing the overall performance of government entities and their cultural organizations, amplifying their value to the people they serve. I have delivered over 100 capital projects, public art commissions, and exhibitions, and all were delivered on time and budget, garnered numerous international honors and awards, and exceeded stakeholders’ metrics. This was accomplished by working directly with heads of state, ambassadors, museum directors, and boards to rethink its organizational management to increase performance to achieve its mission. Currently, I serve as an advisor and consultant for governments, corporations, and organizations in the arts, cultural, and museum sectors.
