An accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in the software industry who has played in roles from Senior Engineering Manager to Principal Product Manager. My teams have spanned multiple time zones across Canada, France and Japan, and I have been responsible for shared platforms, as well as high traffic eCommerce websites. These roles have given me the opportunity to establish relationships with a handful of talent acquisition agencies and build a hiring pipeline within the organization in the past. The various roles have also enabled me to effectively engage in strategic discussions with Executive Management and Senior Leadership, pursue a deeper understanding of business processes and requirements, creatively develop product roadmaps, as well as gain in-depth understanding of the technical design and architecture of systems.
