About Simon Turner

I have been working within the engineering and construction industry for the past 20 years and have obtained exposure to a variety of different industries including Railways, Roads and Ports Having been responsible for a range of project phases, both commercially and technically, from feasibility and master planning through to project handover, has allowed me to acquire a wide range of multi-disciplinary skills and knowledge. I am fully conversant with various operational requirements in delivering projects and of maintenance regimes, design and commissioning processes. In my various roles I have been responsible for leading teams of project engineers, finance and administration staff, safety officers, quality coordinators and a range of sub-contractors and consultants. I am a confident, self-motivated communicator with a “can-do” attitude. I believe the varied experience I have gained will allow me to adapt to a range of roles and environments within an organisation.
