Simon has worked in a Supply Chain & Operations environment for over 20 years across a variety of industries. Starting professional life as a Financial Analyst, Simon spent time in Marketing & IT / SAP before finding his niche in Operations & Supply Chain. Simon spent 2 years working on a Global SAP implementation with Cryovac Packaging. He led the implementation of the Service Management module across multiple sites in the US and Europe and was responsible for solution architecture, configuration and training. As Supply Chain Manager for Cryovac Rigid Packaging and Orica Chemicals, Simon’s responsibilities included Customer Service, S & OP, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution and SAP Master Data. Simon spent time as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Orica Chemicals where he was responsible for Business Transformation Projects Simon was Group Operations Manager at Olympus Medical where he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. His line responsibilities included Customer Experience, Supply Chain & Procurement, Property & Facilities and Quality & Regulatory Affairs across Australia & New Zealand. Simon was the Founder, Lead Consultant & Coach at SUPPLY CHANGE, which provides Business Advisory and Executive Coaching services. With over 500 hours of Personal & Professional Development Coaching for Teams and Individuals, Simon worked for Gartner Supply Chain Advisory as a Leadership Partner supporting C-Suite executives with their Transformation programs. Currently Simon works as the Chief Commercial Officer for Nando's ANZ where he is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He also chairs the strategic pillar of ‘Changing Lives, Together’ which incorporates Sustainability, Local Community, Diversity & Inclusivity and Nando’s Heritage.
