I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning across multiple regions and markets, including APJ, India, Middle East & Africa and Europe. I have successfully negotiated and managed contracts, leases, and agreements with various stakeholders, such as landlords, tenants, vendors, and service providers, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. I have also led and supported multiple teams and projects, leveraging my skills in project management, communication, and collaboration, as well as negotiation skills, building relationships while working from home, and decision-making in high-stress situations.
