After 6 years he changed careers and moved to the financial services industry where he successfully developed and managed sales teams for major international insurers and fund managers such as Prudential. Simon’s talent for working with people and generating sales for himself and his team was recognised in Simon becoming a member of Prudential Millionaire’s Club for Sales. Soon after Simon started his own financial planning practice providing risk and investment advice to both small and large businesses. He sold this business in 2008. During the last 20 years Simon created a second Business that provides strategic planning, performance management, training & assessment as well as outplacement, coaching and mentoring services. His clients have included international manufactures, national franchises, major insurers, fund managers as well as a variety of small business in Sydney and regional NSW. Simon brings a diverse range of business, coaching and mentoring experience that has delivered "awesome" results.
