Simon is team-based-learning Implementer as part of the Catalyst Project to roll out Team-Based Learning Teaching across the University of Bradford (with Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge, and Nottingham Trent). Thus his teaching on International Politics and Security Studies (Masters Level) and his teaching on (3rd Year Undergraduate) Security: Theories and Analysis, as well as (2nd Year Undergraduate) Security: Theory and Concepts, is delivered entirely by Team Based Learning. Thus his MA and UG Teaching follows the revolutionary teaching model that (with colleagues) was established by the mulyi-university Catalyst Project and pioneered in Pharmacy Teaching over the last 5 years at University of Bradford. see:
