I am a successful and adaptable Director/Senior Manager, with vast experience managing complex operations and leading a diverse workforce. Currently working at Process Vision, an exciting start-up business; I'm responsible for Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental and facilities. I have expert Engineering knowledge and experience of manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics and procurement. I am comfortable developing beneficial relationships with contractors and stakeholders and have in-depth knowledge of all the differing aspects of large scale management, including; strategic development, budgeting, man-management, resource management, quality and Health and Safety. I make use of my interpersonal and negotiation skills on a daily basis and I also have excellent IT skills to support strong problem solving ability. I consider a real strength to be assessing existing works and processes and making changes that result in improved efficiency and cost savings. Perhaps the most fulfilling part of my management role is developing a focused work force to take care and pride in their work. I strongly believe that valuing the contributions made by individuals encourages genuine commitment to a cause and certainly this has been my own experience. My personal maxim is to strive for excellence and I strongly believe in leading by example. I am fortunate to have developed a broad range of operational management skills, which I can draw upon in my latest venture.
