About Simon Worley

I am currently working towards earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and minor in Entrepreneurship at Auburn University. I expect to graduate in May of 2025. I am proud to be a student of Auburn University and the Harbert College of Business, I feel that it has led me to grow as an individual and inspired me to further improve my skills in time management, critical thinking, and collaboration. I am also currently working as an Assistant Project Manager at Schmidt Environmental Construction, Inc. I have worked at SECI for going on 4 years and worked in the construction industry for 8 years. During my time at SECI I have been provided with a lot of unique and beneficial opportunities. My primary role focuses on working directly with the project manager in estimating, managing, and coordinating projects from start to finish. I also run the company website, which I had a primary role of reconstructing with the help of a third-party website builder. Additionally, I serve the role of our equipment manager where I have implemented an in-house service department to streamline our maintenance time and costs. After graduation, I hope to use my education in management in conjunction with my experience in the construction industry to continue in striving for the innovation and development of the construction industry.
