I am a Business Development and Client Relationship Manager with 20 years experience working in the financial services industry. My skills include Debt Management, Negotiation, Skip Tracing, Banking, Finance, Credit Analysis and Credit Products. Previous roles have included Contract Management and Business Development across various sectors including Government, Banking and Finance, Telecommunications and Utilities. I have provided functional direction and achieved results through others, influencing key business unit decisions and lead specific units, departments and projects. I have also lead a large scale operations centre performing debt collection related activities including skip tracing, inbound/outbound contact, coordination of legal proceedings and field services. I was also responsible for Collection Strategy and during this time implemented new technology, account management processes and incentive schemes driving significant lifts in performance.
