About Simona Dineata

My experience covers financial analysis and budgeting, business valuation, financial modeling, fiscal consultancy, treasury management and cost optimization. With about 10 years of professional experience in the financial and fiscal advisory business, I gained extensive knowledge working on several projects with banks and other financial institutions (payment facilitators, non-bank financial institutions, e-money issuing companies), as well as state owned enterprises. Within the consultancy field, the most notable experience is related to the business valuation and financial modeling projects with domestic and international clients operating mainly in financial services sector. The experience as a CFO with the first electronic money issuing company in Romania, provided me the opportunity to capitalize my knowledge under the regulations of the National Bank of Romania.
