Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills in the hospitality industry and human resource management. I began my journey as a receptionist in 5-star and luxury hotels, where customer satisfaction was the core focus of my work. I then took on progressively responsible roles as Room Division Manager Assistant, Front Office Manager, and Quality & Guest Relations, refining my expertise in operational management and quality control. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in hotel pre-openings, where I contributed significantly to planning and launching operations, ensuring a smooth transition for both staff and guests. My experience as an HR Executive at Hilton allowed me to expand my skills in recruitment, team management, training, budgeting, and participation in industry trade fairs. Today, I am pursuing training in labor consultancy and personnel administration, with a focus on National Collective Agreements in agriculture and tourism, to further enhance my professional knowledge and skills. My goal is to achieve a role that allows me to combine my expertise with my passion for hospitality, creating a balanced and fulfilling career that contributes to both personal and organizational growth.
