About Simona Pintea

With over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, I am passionate about finding, developing, and retaining the best talent for Orange, one of the leading telecommunications providers in the world. My core competencies include team management, recruitment strategy, process improvement, and employee relations. I am also certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and a Human Resources Inspector, and have a master's degree in human resources. As the Recruitment Team Leader at Orange, I manage a team of recruiters and handle the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior level hires. I also engage with hiring managers and HR business partners in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing and prioritizing recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives. I have successfully coordinated the ramp up of new teams in Romania, as well as the recruitment process for French speaking teams. I have also participated in assessment and development centers, career counseling, and various workshops and presentations both within and outside the company. I have leveraged my skills in shared services, payroll analysis, and labor and employment law to offer support and advice to the employees and the HR department.
