About Simona Popa

I’m a reliable, positive-thinking, team player and customer oriented person. Taking ownership, insisting on the higher standards, approaching new situations in order to solve them as soon and as efficient as possible is what describes me the most. I am a very good communicator, romanian is my native language, besides this, due to the fact that I lived and studied in Spain and during 4 years I have been working as a Machine Learning Data Analyst for Amazon Alexa Machine Learning Services in Bucharest, Romania, my spanish level is at C2. I also own a Cambridge Certificate for English language. During my work experience as a Machine Learning Associate, I developed my organizational and communicational skills as I was the point of contact between the team and the manager. I have experience working in customer service field, as I was part of an american mobile company (Sprint), where I learnt that thinking big and deep diving is part of the progress. I am also passionate about social media, in administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement, monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. I’ve been working as a graphic design freelancer for my family’s business.
