About Simona Rigamonti

I am a digital marketing and CRM professional with over 10 years of experience in the higher education sector. I currently manage the online marketing activities promoting Bachelor's and Master's degrees at USI Università della Svizzera italiana, a leading Swiss university with a global reputation. My core competencies include SEM, SEO, HubSpot, and analytics. I am certified by Google, SEMrush, and HubSpot in these fields. I also lead the implementation of HubSpot and the development of a content and lead generation strategy at USI. In addition, I teach Google Ads for the Search Network to the students of the Bachelor's degree in Communication. As part of my professional development, I graduated from USI's Executive MBA program in March 2024, where I acquired strategic, managerial, and leadership skills. My mission is to leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to increase USI's brand awareness, online presence, and student enrollment. I am passionate about SEO and always eager to learn new trends and best practices. I am also a fan of HubSpot and how it can help optimize the customer journey and relationship. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of marketers, educators, and researchers at USI, and I am always open to new challenges and opportunities.
