About Simona Sunelaityte

Over the last 7+ years, I’ve assisted leading complex projects, coordinated cross-functional teams, streamlined operations, and delivered results across international environments. But something deeper was always pulling me forward. I realized I didn’t just want to manage workflows - I wanted to contribute to something that changes how people live, perform, and take care of themselves. In 2025, I realigned my career into health tech. Because I’ve lived this space for years: biohacking, sleep tracking, recovery, longevity, and behavior change aren’t trends to me, they’re my lifestyle. Now I’m combining my professional background with what I care about most - human performance, systems thinking, and meaningful innovation. To deepen my expertise, I’m actively studying the foundations of the health tech industry, including product strategy, user experience, and data-driven innovation. What I bring to a product team: ↳ Project execution — experience managing fast-paced projects, aligning global teams, and delivering clear outcomes ↳ Systems thinking — process builder who brings structure, clarity, and flow to product operations ↳ User empathy — lived experience in health optimization and wellness behavior gives me deep insight into what real users need ↳ Communication — emotionally intelligent, clear communicator who thrives across disciplines and cultures ↳ Ownership mindset — highly proactive, adaptive, and committed to doing meaningful work at a high standard What I’m looking for: A mission-driven team building products that actually improve lives, tools that help people recover better, perform stronger, and live more consciously. I’m ready to go all in - with energy, depth, and heart.
