With a passion for innovative product development and a focus on customer experience, I've had the opportunity to lead multiple impactful projects across Retail, IT, and Telecommunications. Currently at BITĖ, I’ve overseen the successful launch of products like eSIM technology (including Apple Watch integration), “Device Rent” services, and an upgraded “Internet Security+” offering—each making a solid impact on our bottom line and customer satisfaction. Currently together with stakeholders i'm focusing on refining ICT services and processes inside the company for more efficient and customer orrientated sales journey. My projects touch each an every customer of the company. My background includes a Master’s degree in Innovation and Technology Management from ISM University, along with hands-on experience in roles from IT solutions to product marketing. Whether I’m building strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, or refining processes for better customer engagement, my focus is always on delivering value and driving meaningful results.
