Here are some meditations from my journey so far, and a final paragraph on what I currently do.On Human Nature To grow up in an Italian seaside town means you can challenge yourself with different roles in hospitality, and I traversed as many as I could in my youth - waiter, personal trainer, shopping assistant, barman and lifeguard. In the end, despite their differences, they all shared a common thread: they were about People. They taught me invaluable lessons about patience, empathy, adaptability and each encounter left an indelible mark. You learn a lot about people when you're serving them food, guiding them to their fitness goals or saving them from drowning!On Machines and RobotsThen came the machines, shifting to the realm of circuits and code. Completing my studies with a degree in Computer Engineering, I delved into this enchanting world where creativity meets logic. From coding marvels to the joy of designing infrastructures, I daily seek delight in the ever evolving digital world. Yet, beyond the binary, I discovered a profound truth – technology isn't just about machines; it's about empowerment. It's about bridging gaps, solving problems and reshaping the world as we know it, giving us the possibility to tackle the grand challenges of our reality.On Fire and FlamesPassion is the not-so-secret ingredient that fuels my day. Passion isn't just a word; it's the beating heart of everything I do. Whether it's embracing challenges, devouring knowledge, or chasing innovation, I thrive on the thrill of the unknown. And yes, sometimes that passion leads to rather unconventional situations – like the time I almost jumped into a burning store to ensure the safety of our devices. Naive? Perhaps. Risky? Definitely. My role involves providing strategic direction, overseeing infrastructure maintenance and expansion, coordinating daily operations, and driving technology integration activities.
