Training is nothing; will is everything." This quote from Batman Begins perfectly reflects my journey. I began at FCA as Service Vehicle Line Alfa Romeo, coordinating the Stelvio launch in EMEA. While my technical background helped me understand department needs, leading them required determination—learning, teamwork, and precision. The success of the launch confirmed the power of perseverance. As Service Vehicle Manager, I honed my leadership skills, embracing decision-making and collaboration. Transitioning to Product Marketing, I led Club Ricambi, crafting its business model with a focus on Sell-Out strategies. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found a fitness-foodtech startup. Although it didn’t succeed, it taught me invaluable lessons and opened the door to my current role as Head of After Sales at Makr Shakr. Here, I oversee financial management, process optimization, and global operations for the installation and maintenance of robotic bars, while working closely with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless worldwide operations. I've also embarked on an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Technology at Politecnico di Torino, and I’m excited to see what the future holds. Each step of my journey reinforces one truth: willpower drives success.
