The CSCS team, part of the Talent Management Learning & Development team, is conducting Certified Trainings within DHL Supply Chain Germany & Alps. CSCS (Certified Supply Chain Specialist) is part of the Certified initiative which is the Deutsche Post DHL Group wide engagement and cultural change initiative to drive service quality and a customer centric focus. It is a key element of our Strategy 2025,#TogetherUnstoppable. CSCS aims to: • Ensure all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to delight the customer • Engage, excite and empower employees through inspirational leadership • Be the foundation to enhance all stages of the employee lifecycle Over time all colleagues across DHL Supply Chain (DSC) will be able to access a broad range of curricula that brings to life the business focus, strategy and spirit of their division, gain specific knowledge relevant to their role and learn more about the greater context of DSC. With Certified, Deutsche Post DHL Group aims to be the first company that trains and certifies each and every employee for the benefit of our Colleagues and Customers.
