About Simone Benetello

I am a mechanical engineer, with a proven background on mechanical design, project management and product development. I have worked for more than 14 years in the automatic entrance systems business, developing a strong technical know-how and a very good attitude to team working and problem solving. As product development manager, I got many opportunities to feed and increase my managerial knowledge through a wider point of view on the whole product development, collecting a lot of experience working on product design, quality, engineering, purchasing and production. I have also a strong experience on working with development teams in other countries, and that increased my intercultural competence, so that I’m able to adapt to different environment, respecting people and communicating in an effective way, anticipating potential misunderstandings during cross-cultural engagements. Resilience, self-awareness, continuous improvement, coaching leadership, conscious motivation to learn and being target oriented represent my approach to job activities. “A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and show the way”
