What we need to learn to do, we learn by doing it." The quote in my mind, passion has been my guide in these years of activity in the field of TRAINING, MARKETING, and SOCIAL MEDIA. MY STORY: since 2002 I have been working in the field of training, dealing with: e-learning, design and coordination of training projects, design and development of communication and marketing strategies characterized by the use of social media. Over the years: I have also dealt with Quality Management Systems, I have worked on fundraising for cooperatives and SMEs, I have participated as a TEACHER and SPEAKER in university masters, professional training courses, and conferences, I held the role of HEAD OF THE DISTANCE LEARNING SERVICE DELIVERY for TRIO (THE WEB LEARNING SYSTEM OF THE TUSCANY REGION - and MARLENE (THE WEB LEARNING SYSTEM OF THE MARCHE REGION - http://marlene.regione.marche.it). Currently, I am engaged in multiple activities at IAL Toscana. SPECIALIZATIONS: design and management of social pages and profiles, design and management of advertising campaigns, design of e-learning courses, design of blended learning paths, writing content for e-learning courses, storyboarding, promotion, coordination, planning and monitoring activities, management of complex projects, analysis of training needs, training design, implementation of QMS, and fundraising.
