About Simone Brocco

I am a manager with wide and international experience in excellent multinational corporations operating in the industrial automation field of complex plants and turnkey works: Comau, Danieli Group, Finmeccanica and Fives Group. During my working experience, I have been operating with passion in technical and management roles for companies involved in producing industrial equipment and plants in the steelmaking, automotive, transportation and intralogistics sectors. Before taking on my actual role, I spent more than five years in Australia executing different projects for the Intralogistics sector and creating a service entity to carry out our company service business. I am an action-driven executive manager with expertise in international contracting and project management with a solid engineering background. I can identify and implement strategies to reduce costs, increase revenue, strengthen customer relationships and drive profitable growth. I have broad-based management skills, with strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving ability. In addition, I am a strong team motivator and a team environment encourager. I am a very energetic, proactive, dedicated manager with a positive attitude, open to change, and not afraid of challenges. I am structured, result-oriented and demanding. I have proven to adapt to different sectors and cultures easily.
