About Simone Castelli

I am a certified Project Manager, particularly skilled in cross-functional and complex projects on both life cycle types, Agile and predictive. The Project Manager role is preogressively moving into a new era where leadership skills are becomening more important than management ones, where the personal relationship with team members is moving back the focus on people rather than processes. In this new scenario, I feel extremely confident that I could bring to the PM role the fuel and energy needed to make this change and jump into the future (present). Moreover, my previous experience in a Customer Service role have developed a strong focus on client and its satisfaction, straong problem solving attitude, as well as anagement Consulting. I've got excellent presentation skills and I love to drive session that allow me to share any kind of knowledge that might lead to enhance the system I'm leaving/working in. I have a very strong creative attitude: always passionated about cinema, I've studied filmaking at the New York Film Academy in year 2004, and realized few short movies. I'm an amateur portrait photographer (https://castellisimone.wixsite.com/home), and love the reportage style that allows me to catch the real soul of my subjects without being seen. Recently, I finally managed to put down in writing two kids novel that I used to tell my children when they were younger, and when taking them to sleep was a magic moment, indeed. Among many achievements I've got in my life, the one I'm most proud of still remain my beautiful family (myself, my wife Federica and my children Giulia and Lorenzo).
