Having worked for over 25 years in the world of automatic machines and systems for the furniture, window and door manufacturing, luxury goods production and packaging industries, the daily challenge is to provide customers with innovative technology that is supported by a solid design basis and created with constant attention to detail and construction quality. Over the years I have enriched my technological skills ranging from mechanics to automation and, finally, to the new frontiers of machine learning and artificial intelligence. I have long practiced the lean production philosophy and personally addressed countless aspects of company life, from organization to industrial accounting, from resource management to strategic planning. For 20 years I have been dealing with the topic of Machinery Safety with responsibility for certifications. I strongly believe that the passion for challenges, continuous study and the relationship with the people around us are the key to everyone's success and the success of companies.
