My professional experience has mainly developed within multinational contexts, with increasing responsibilities until holding important roles in the business area. Over the years, having acquired a deep knowledge of the target market, I significantly enhanced my professional, organizational, management and communication skills. My attitude to work pursuing strategic goals has improved the company’s efficiency, thanks to the achievement of several business goals. The skills I possess, such as results orientation, team building, leadership and effective communication, problem solving, spirit of enterprise, reliability and stress tolerance, enabled me to become a point of reference within the Organisation. The master in MBA and the degree in political economics have given me, therefore, the opportunity to acquire further technical and transversal skills. Even managing complex processes, I have always put in first place the team work, the encouragement, the promotion, the growth and the progress of my staff.
