My journey has been defined by curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to connect innovation and tradition within the luxury industry. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, I pursued an MSc in Innovation and Technology Management, with a dissertation focused on how sustainability and innovation are reshaping the luxury fashion supply chain. This academic path allowed me to develop a solid foundation in business strategy, technology, and data-driven decision making. My first professional step into the luxury world was at OTB Group (Marni/Jil Sander), where I supported sales campaigns, showroom operations, and ERP system management Working closely with buyers and international teams, I gained a deep understanding of product flow, order management, and collection tools, sharpening my knowledge of the dynamics that drive the success of a collection. Currently, I am a Business & Technology Transformation Consultant at PwC Italy, where I contribute to digital transformation projects across tech-driven industries. My role involves process redesign, competitor benchmarking, KPI reporting, strengthening my analytical and structured approach while enhancing my ability to collaborate across diverse functions. I am eager to channel my passion for fashion and luxury into a career path in merchandising and collection development, leveraging my consulting background, analytical skills, and international mindset to support brands in shaping the future of the industry.
