I have drafted, negotiated and completed many Licensing and Distribution Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Co-Marketing and Co-Promotion Agreements, leading negotiations prior to the drafting of the relevant contract. On a daily basis, I provided legal advice and counsel to various business divisions to ensure regulatory compliance of various business processes.
