About Simone Farina

I have always been keen on cars and Motorsport and I would like to find a job in this sector which could put me to the test and allow me to find new challenges. I'm interested in research and development of new solutions and I firmly believe that virtual prototyping and simulation are the tools that a modern engineer must be able to use to get right, rapid and low cost results. For this reason, during my studies, I chose courses in PTC Creo, Adams, LMS VirtualLab, Delmia and Matlab. Anima sana in corpore sano has always been my belief, I have played sports at a competitive level since I was a child, and in the last few years I also became a trainer of a youth team. I prefer team sports because I believe that teamwork and the creation of a joined, well-organized group with a common goal is the key to reach important results in sport as much as in work and life- Sono appassionato da sempre di automobili e Motorsport e desidero trovare un lavoro in quest'ambito che mi permetta di mettermi in gioco e trovare sempre nuove sfide. Sono interessato alla ricerca e allo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni e credo che la prototipazione virtuale e la simulazione siano gli strumenti che l'ingegnere moderno deve saper padroneggiare per ottenere risultati validi, veloci ed a basso costo. Per questo motivo, nel mio percorso di formazione, ho privilegiato corsi che mi fornissero una conoscenza di software quali PTC Creo, Msc Adams, Msc Marc e Matlab. Anima sana in corpore sano è il motto che mi accompagna da sempre, infatti sin da piccolo mi sono dedicato ad attività sportive agonistiche, sia da giocatore, sia, negli ultimi anni, da allenatore. Preferisco gli sport di squadra, poiché credo che il lavoro di squadra e la creazione di un gruppo unito, organizzato e con un obiettivo comune sia la chiave per giungere a risultati importanti nello sport così come nel lavoro e nella vita.
