Positive and cheerful nature, always aimed at achieving positive group results, I contribute thanks to my technical work knowledge to the peaceful and consistent carrying out of the assigned tasks and objectives. I have always demonstrated that I know how to work well in a group both in on-site and off-site activities, giving the best in interdisciplinary relationships team building oriented. I have accumulated extensive experience in the sector across various fields, including telecommunications, exploration, observation, and telecommunications projects. Personal evolution of knowledge and growth through technical integration and testing activities at the beggining, reaching the mature knowhow to manage the product quality, from equipment up to integrated satellite systems. In my role as Quality Manager, I have consistently provided expert guidance to various Thales Alenia Space projects, programs, and technology development activities, most notably within the ESA prodject: Galileo 2nd, Sentinel 3, Sentinel 1, telecomunication constellation: Globalstar, O3B exploration: Exomars RDA, and other high-profile initiatives. My responsibilities encompassed establishing high-quality standards, programmatic inspection requirements, and project-specific quality documents. Furthermore, integrated management of the qualitative processes and producibility of space products, overseeing Non-Conformance Reports, witnessing critical inspections, and ensuring proper quality and configuration at all levels of inspection points. Leadership and team management skills and coaching contributed to the success to the projects and the activities carried out, where focusing of quality aspect to achieve the large benefit both technical, programmatic and economic objectives. The Large expertize in technological processes: soldering, crimping and metallographic inspection; have always been an added value to product quality and reliability activities. Personal reliable knowledge in information processing, communication, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with my proficiency in Quality software tools and Management software tools make me a versatile and valuable team member. My passion for space, the environment, and various other fields reflects my commitment to continuous personal and work group learning and growth.
