About Simone Heer

Bringing ideas from a napkin doodle to a real-life campaign is what truly brings me joy. In my 5+ years of marketing in higher education, I've held several roles, including account management, SaaS demand generation, and digital marketing management, where I have gotten the opportunity to bring many of these "napkin doodle" ideas to life. My most recent experiences have allowed my creative juices to flow in helping schools create omnichannel campaigns and strategies that increase their enrollment by 12% YoY. By using innovative campaign tactics, I have helped my current company increase MQLs across all LoBs by 16% overall, fueling an opportunity-generating machine for sales at an above industry average clip. Along with my day job, I love working with small-farm businesses to bring their dreams to life – from marketing to back-end inventory management to website builds and everything in between. On the weekends, you can catch me at the farmer's market, in my garden, helping on the farm, or at brunch with the girls!
