As the Global Director of Talent Assessment at McKinsey & Company, I lead a dynamic team that develops cutting-edge recruitment assessments and methodologies. With a PhD in cultural studies and leadership, I specialize in creating and validating cognitive ability tests, creating comprehensive assessment frameworks for leadership and technical skills, and designing innovative game-based assessments. I’m deeply committed to understanding and addressing unconscious bias. My research has led to published papers on bias in interview processes and job selection outcomes, contributing to fairer and more effective hiring practices. My McKinsey journey began as a management consultant, providing me with a solid foundation before transitioning into talent assessment roles. My work involves developing impactful interviewer training programs and pioneering digital, data-driven approaches to predict future job performance and potential. As an active member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists, I stay connected with the latest industry trends and insights. Outside of work, I cherish outdoor adventures, travel, and culinary experiments with my husband and three kids.
