About Simone Jaspers

I am an enthusiastic and driven Operational Manager, with over 20 years of experience in management positions in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry (Life sciences), leading safety and risk management studies and technology transfers, manufacturing e.g. Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDs). I am continuously looking for improvements that have a positive impact on quality and efficiency. My approach to developing and implementing these improvements is well structured, by means of investigation, CAPA, Change Control, compliance programs (audits, qualification & validation) and training (development). By taking initiative with my team, we inspire others to engage. Building gives me a lot of energy, whether it concerns setting up or further optimizing processes or policies (standardization and harmonization), a quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 15189, ISO 17025) or an organizational structure to become and/or remain compliant, also with regards to GxP. With my process mindset, analytical strength, eye for detail, team spirit, thoughtfulness and decisiveness I ensure progress and book results in cross-functional teams, enhancing customer satisfaction. I am fully committed to getting the job done and coach my team members in making plans and executing them, and I participate in the process.
