About Simone Kosa

Never would I have imagined that I would complete my student teaching in Philadelphia. However, I have learned that diversity is found everywhere in education; whether it presents itself in ethnicity, learning abilities, economic advantage, or simply in appearance. No matter where students are being educated, diversity is present and this makes education such a wonderful and beautiful experience. Each and every experience I have had thus far in my education career has proven that being a teacher is one of the most thrilling and wonderful jobs. Teaching can be chaotic and crazy, but it also presents situations and opportunities to better myself every single day. Being a teacher doesn't meant I know everything and have learned all that I am supposed to. Instead, it means that I will continue to learn and grow as an educator, and find new ways of improving my teaching every single day. Students continue to instill a sense of wonderment in me and I have a desire to work with and experience any type of classroom or teaching position that I am able to. The more experience I have, the more I can learn about education, and the more I am able to use these skills to make at least a little bit of a difference in the lives of my students.
