About Simone Margheritis
During my current work experience I've acquired a complete knowledge of CLP European Regulation (Classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals), but also on other European product specific legislation connected to the business. I also frequently manage data related to Transport of Dangerous Goods according to different worldwide standard. I've also developed an extensive experience about extra-european regulations in these fields and the different compliance systems in the world. In the past I’ve also worked with directives and regulations concerning restrictions on cosmetic products in Europe, environmental protection and other sector specific regulations. This know-how allowed me to teach during regulatory and practical training courses on-site for chemical companies and in our company headquarters for colleagues and officers, and conducting local compliance audits in different countries. I’m currently part of the CEFIC and FEICA taskforce on registration of polymers.
