About Simone McArthur

Professional with over 20 years experience working with Special needs children and young people in a school environment and short breaks. During this time I have gained experience with a range of skills such as Assessment, target setting, lesson/activity planning. Leading in the class absence of the teacher, mentoring fellow staff members. Within the short breaks role I was the Complex Needs leader and centre leader, training other staff members, management and administrative tasks such as report writing, risk assessments and planning, now I am the Service Coordinator and Outreach Registered Manager for Islington and Camden. My previous experience is retail management where I lead a team of up to 60 staff, co-ordinating their tasks, visual merchandising, point of sale merchandising, banking, security, stock taking, stock delivery and shop floor management.
